Affiliate Program

To be an authorized affiliate of WunderSolutions.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the WunderSolutions.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the WunderSolutions.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Affiliate Program Terms of Service Agreement

The individual applying to become an affiliate clearly agrees that he/she has completely read and understood and agrees to the entire agreement and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions stated within.

1. Privacy of the Affiliate Account: In order to join the WunderSolutions.com Affiliate Program, you will need to provide WunderSolutions.com with a username and password login combination. DO NOT REVEAL YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION TO ANYONE. If you share your log-in information with a third party, we are not responsible for any changes made to your Affiliate Profile and/or the sponsoring Web site by said third party. We also reserve the right to terminate this agreement if we discover that you have shared this information with any third party in violation of this agreement.

2. You agree and certify that you are of legal age in the state of your residence that you are legally able to bear this contract. Affiliates are also responsible for keeping the contact information current.

3. Once WunderSolutions.com accepts this agreement, it will become binding to both parties. Once this agreement becomes binding, you will become an affiliate and in no way will you be considered or deemed as an employee of WunderSolutions.com.

4. No laws pertaining to employees shall be applicable to any affiliate. We will not be responsible for any taxes or contributions or any other laws pertaining to employees.

5. Employees of WunderSolutions.com are not eligible to participate in this affiliate program.

6. No purchase is necessary to become an affiliate of WunderSolutions.com, however commissions are paid on the sale of Web Hosting only. Domain Name Registrations, Digital Certificates, setup fees and/or any other services offered now or in the future are not included in the affiliate program.

7. WunderSolutions.com agrees to pay commissions on the 15th of every month after each fully paid qualified web hosting sale made by a customer referred by the affiliate. A qualified web hosting sale is the sale of a prepaid service package. A customer is considered to be "referred by the affiliate" if the customer clicked a banner or link on the affiliate's web site or through email or customer calls in with affiliate's I.D. Commissions will by paid via PayPal. We do NOT send checks.

8. There is never a guarantee of income or other earnings either verbal, written, or implied. All earnings are always based solely on the individual efforts of each and every affiliate.

9. Affiliates will ONLY be paid on "fully paid qualified web hosting sales" and will not be paid on ANY other sales generated via affiliate referral or link, etc. A "fully paid qualified web hosting sale" is a first time purchase by an individual and/or business. Affiliates will NOT be paid on ANY AND ALL "Add-On" sales including but not limited to secure servers, shopping carts, domains, ftp, email, extra space, etc. Affiliates will NOT be paid on subsequent purchases made by current customers. In other words, an affiliate can ONLY make a commission on the initial web hosting account purchase from a client. After that, the client becomes client of WunderSolutions.com and is no longer considered a referral if client orders anything more, including but not limited to additional accounts, secure servers, shopping carts, domains, ftp, email, extra space, etc. Affiliates will NOT be paid for the sale of any product or service other than a web hosting.

10. Affiliates are responsible for filing and paying all personal and business income taxes including state, local and federal taxes owed because of bonuses or payments made to you in connection with this program.

11. Affiliates must represent WunderSolutions.com in a lawful and ethical manner. You must stress the product and not the opportunity. You must only claim or represent what we have as a company provided to you. Any claims by an affiliate that do not reflect what has already been printed or deemed fit by the company will be declared possibly untrue and inaccurate.

12. Affiliates must treat us with respect. Any attempts to abuse, undermine, slander, libel, threaten, swear at, or cause harm to WunderSolutions.com, one of its customers, employees, or the company directly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate affiliate account termination. In addition, we will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law.

13. You may only advertise in ways stated and provided by WunderSolutions.com. Any use of logos or any other copyrighted material is strictly prohibited. You may not make false representations or claims about our services or compensation plan.

14. You are not allowed to advertise us with any illegal methods, including but not limited to: spamming, Usenet Spamming, Unsolicited Email, Mail Spamming, BBS Spamming, and any other type of spam.

15. If you do not have a web site and want to develop a web site for the sole purpose of promoting WunderSolutions.com web-hosting services it must first be approved by WunderSolutions.com and hosted by WunderSolutions.com.

16. The affiliate may cancel their participation in this program at any time for any reason by simply emailing us at affiliates@wundersolutions.com and providing us with the username and password of your account.

17. This agreement may be terminated or suspended if a breach of this contract is discovered, or at the sole discretion of WunderSolutions.com. Affiliates found to have violated any or all of the terms herein will forfeit any and all commission, and affiliate status will be terminated.

18. WunderSolutions.com reserves the right to modify, change, edit, or update the Terms of Service Agreement at any time. WunderSolutions.com is the sole arbiter regarding affiliate referral disputes and affiliate payments.
